Communication promotes reliability. From start to finish, Kyle was accessible even beyond the end of a typical work day. He would always answer, provide answers to my questions promptly, and return calls within hours. He worked with me at length to find the best way to repair a damaged fence and used the existing unbroken pieces when possible, which saved money. Respecting my time pressure due to selling my house, the crew completed the work at 10pm and the work area was cleaned up. Kyle followed up to make sure the job was satisfactory to me. No pressure felt to pay for the job ASAP. When I was happy with the job, I gladly paid the balance, knowing it was completely deserved. I will use Fence Pros in the future. Phenomenal experience. Kyle, our customer rep, and our hardworking 3-man crew were outstanding. We are very happy with the results. They didn't cut corners or overlook details and they easily handled the challenges of our rocky terrain. Each individual was masterful at specific parts of the installation process. Their workflow was smooth and efficient. They were also cheerful throughout the process. It was a pleasure to watch them work. Jhon and Petro offered thoughtful suggestions that ultimately improved the layout. Kyle was very helpful and responsive. I have a approximately 180 feet of vinyl fence installed all made in America no recyclable materials used here three gates put in the gates are welded and bonded so they are all one piece they’re not hand built on site they come from the factory solid three bags of cement propos on the gate post they used five bags of cement for my job that had a seven man crew because I had a swimming pool They removed all my old chain-link fence and installed the new fence all in one day I posted some pictures the backyard is not complete there is a deck in paver is going to be That’ll be done in the spring butSuper pleased great price comparably speaking to other companies very happy sincerely JC ~ Jeff C

The first part of the project was to replace a few sections of fence in our yard and install a new fence where there had not been one along one section of the property. A couple of weeks later (planned), the double wooden gate was replaced and upgraded. Chad was able to use the existing poles and saved me some money in that respect. There were some challenges with the gate relating to the hardware to install it on the metal poles, but in the end, it came out great. Chad answered every email, and was always quick to put me at ease that the job would be completed properly. I was happy with the end result and would recommend using Fence Pros Direct to my family and friends. ~ Jerry G

We had an excellent experience with Fence Pros Direct. Chad was incredibly responsive, which I really appreciated after having trouble finding someone to help. We needed to fix our vinyl fence and many of the other businesses I contacted wouldn't help me because they hadn't installed the fence. Chad got back to me right away, quickly came over for a quote and had his team out to complete the work shortly. They were all very professional and made the process very smooth. If I could give 6 starts I would. We couldn’t be more pleased with the Job done by Fence Pros Direct. From the start Rob, the owner, helped us plan our fence design and explain all the options and ways they could help us achieve the look we desired. Our property has a lot of hilly spots, grading issues, and brush obstructing some areas where the fence would be. Rob made us feel confident the crew would handle it no problem. Well “handle it” they did! John and his crew arrived and immediately began clearing all brush that was In the path of the fence. John checked in with us to be sure how they were handling certain aspects was exactly what we wanted. They got the whole job done in 2 days and the outcome surpassed all expectations! I wish I could give this company 10 stars. Fence Pro Direct did a fantastic job replacing 100ft of privacy fencing. Rob and Kyle were excellent to deal with,they were very prompt coming right out to give me a price and estimated install time. I was concerned that my existing fence wouldn't last another big wind storm and wanted to make sure my back yard was secure for our new pup. Within a couple weeks they showed up and installed a beautiful cedar fence . The guys that did the install couldn't have been nice enough and they did top quality work!! Fence Pros Direct came out and replaced a very old and very ugly fence in my back yard, that was falling apart. It was a 40' wood fence with steel posts and cement bases that needed to go. They arrived early and by the mid afternoon had removed the old fence and installed a brand new Japanese Cedar wood fence. Super fast, super efficient, the new fence looks fabulous. they took everything away and cleaned up after, place looked even cleaner than before. Exactly what I needed and the price was great. Rob and his crew knocked out a pool fence in one day that would have taken any other company days to complete. Not only was their work incredibly fast, but unbelievably precise. Their foreman had great suggestions on size and placement of gates for ease of use. Everyone was busy all day, and at the end of the project with flashlights out, they cleaned up every inch of the workspace, put the trash in bags in the truck, and hand raked the entire area. Fence Pro Direct is the best fencing company in the area. The sales process was quick and easy with communication along the way. They offer a product that nobody else offered and that's what we chose. The crew were true artisans and gentlemen, making sure that everything was perfect to our liking throughout the building process. We are BEYOND happy with our small fence project! This company made the entire process easy: From the original visit to measure and quote, to the scheduling, downpayment, the actual work (on schedule), and this morning our final payment. The work crew lead by John, hit the ground running: demo'd the old fence, measuring and aligning for the post holes this crew worked like a well-oiled machine. Fence Pros Direct did a wonderful job fencing our backyard! We recently bought a house after moving to RI from out of state, and moved in with our two pups. The backyard wasn’t fenced when we moved in, so the dogs couldn’t go out. I called between 10-15 fence companies, and Fence Pros Direct was the only company that could still fit us in this year. Chad came out, measured the yard, and sent us a quote a few days later. While it wasn’t the lowest quote we received, it was well worth it to use to use a company that communicated well, and was able to come out in an efficient timeframe. Less than two weeks from when I originally reached out, our fence was built! The crew that came out to actually set it up was incredibly friendly, & built the fence in just a few hours. It appears to be very sturdy & well constructed. They answered all my questions, and built it exactly as anticipated. We have some happy dogs!!! Fence Pros Direct did an amazing job with our yard and making it safe for our dogs to stay in & other critters to stay out! We got a simple black chain link fence and I swear, it has changed our lives. Our 3 pups (a husky, a shepherd/husky mix and a pitato) are over the moon. Had a really great experience having Rob and his team install a combination of cedar and aluminum fencing to surround the entire yard around a pool in Jamestown. They showed up on time and were very accommodating and professional. Also they were very detail oriented and did a fantastic job to replicate the old custom cedar fence that we had to replace! Excellent service from quoting to clean up. The team periodically checked in with me to make sure everything was to my liking. Very hard workers who completed the job on schedule. I would recommend Fence Pros and would use them again but advise that completed work be carefully inspected from all angles as even very minor problems take longer than you might expect. ~ Richard D
